Checking for duplicates

I have a basic mailing list. Right now I have to search for a name before I
put it in to make sure I am not wasting my time and making duplicate
entries.

I want to have a way to see possible matches after I put in the last name
into the last name field so that I can be more efficient and leave out those
that I have already entered.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Kevin

Why don't you make the last name field a drop down combo? Set the
LimitToList to No so it allows you to continue.
