Opening A Secure Database

I have been given a secure .mdb file, the .mdw file and the
appropriate user name and password. How do I actually open the mdb
using the mdw and the supplied username and password.

Create a desktop shortcut with the following in the target:
"path to msaccess.exe" "path to mdb" /wrkgrp "path to secure mdw"
