Switchboard - Hide the Database Objects

How do you make sure that when you run the switchboard upon startup
that the database objects window does not appear. So the user just
sees the switchboard and all actions are preformed via the
swicthboard?

I think the "Start Up" options are under the "Tools" menu. Lots of options
there.
