Problems Starting Access

Hi:

Having a problem with Access2000 running with Win2K. Occasionally,
when I click on an MDB file from File Manager, Access opens hidden -
i.e., there is no Access task in the Task Bar. The .ldb file is
created, and if I go into Task Manager:Processes, MSACCESS.EXE is
running. However, I can't get the Access window to display. It
doesn't seem to matter if I hold down the shift key to bypass the
startup options or not. This behavior is recent, but I can't put a
finger on any changes I made that might have caused it.

Any suggestions?

Thanks, Tom

re: Problems Starting Access

If you're joined into a workgroup security file, the Access logon dialog box
might be opening up behind some windows already open on your system.
