Hi,

Access 2002. I use the Print Preview toolbar when I open a report in Preview
mode. I would like to configure it so it only offers the Print and Setup
icons to users. I customized it on my desktop but would like to make it
standard to all users using this database independent of their own
configuration of Access. Any suggestions on how to accomplish this? Thank
you. P

re: Print Preview toolbar

P,

Open the database you're working in, then right click on a blank space on
the toolbar, then choose Customize and create your own custom MenuBar or
ToolBar. Then go to the report properties and assign your custom Menu or
ToolBar to the report. When the report opens, it will show the custom menu.
