You've got a good start toward that with the sample Northwind Traders
database that has come with every version of Access. You'll find it in the
Samples folder in the Office (sometimes OfficeN where N is the version
number) folder in the folder hierarchy in Program Files where you installed
Office or Access.
If you want a commercial product that can be customized rather than a sample
that you have to alter, check out the offerings at
http://www.databasecreations.com. The product I have in mind used to be
called "Yes I Can Run My Business With Access" but has been renamed. It does
more than what you describe, though and it isn't free.
