Desired Profile:
Solid understanding of the strength and weaknesses of web and other screen-based media, solid grasp of UI design principles, web design best practices, and web standards.
 Looking for a brilliant HTML developer with deep understanding of HTML, DHTML, CSS, and Java Script.
 A willingness to take direction and feedback and interpret that into interesting, innovative design.
 Excellent understanding of web design & graphic design issues on multiple web browsers and platforms.
 Capable of handling multiple projects with critical deadlines and the ability to work successfully and positively under tight deadlines and as a team player.
 Strong organization, time management, verbal and written communication skills are obviously necessary

An enthusiastic and experienced Web & Graphic Designer with minimum of three years experience in relative field, outstanding conceptual, layout, usability, and user interface design skills along with killer Flash, Action Scripting and Silver light skills. A designer who possesses both creative genius in using Microsoft Silver light , Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Macromedia Flash as well as other standard imaging and illustration tools and strong knowledge of DHTML/CSS.
