PHP + AUDIO CD

Hello!

Is it possible to read the following things in PHP and if it is possible
then how to do that?
Please give me some examples, I will be very grateful for that.
I would like to read:
- track time lengths from audio cd (*.wav)
- the name of tracks from this audio cd (*.wav)

Moreover is it possible to read length time tracks from mp3 files and if so,
how to to that?
