Just browsing through this newsgroup and its archives will give you links to
sites where you will find some samples and examples in databases. I'm not
aware of a "ready to use DB exchange" site. Some of the sample databases are
near-ready-to-use, I'd guess.

There are a number of places where you can create your website...
www.tripod.com is one where I have a small website. Mine is large enough
that I have posted several sample/example databases.
