Default Need remote access

I have an MSACCESS database that I need to be able to access from our
second business location. There will only be 2-3 users at anytime
using the database.

I am wondering what is the most cost effective way to implement this:

1. VPN Tunnel using two routers

2. Install Windows 2003 server and use Terminal Server, so the second
office user can use remote connection.

3.Upsize to MSSQL.

I use www.logmein.com for accessing all my remote systems. The free version
does just fine if you don't need to transfer files. If you do, just use a
free FTP client if you have an intermediate place to upload/download to and
from.

Or one could use GoToMyPC. You could access the data from anywhere on
any computer that has access to the internet.
