Is it possible to edit/input a ODBC table in MS Access?

Yes, you can connect to basically any DB that supports ODBC (Oracle,
SQL Server, MySQL, Postgres, Firebird, etc); the pre-conditions are:
*Have the appropriate Access / Jet ODBC driver for the database
*Connect with with a user that has got sufficient permissions to
perform the operation requested (Create, Read, Update, Delete)
*And of course, knowing where the DB is located
