Default Problem printing some access reports

I have an access database which contains a number of reports. Some
reports will print immediately from the printer icon on the toolbar,
others require me to press the start button on the printer (HP1200 up to
yesterday). I had never intended this extra step when I set up the data
base.

I have now changed to a Lexmark E120 and the reports that required me to
press the start button on the HP1200 now require me to hit the start
button for every single page of a multi-page report.

Can anyone suggest what is causing this problem that requires me to
press the start button on the printer?

I can think of a couple of different scenarios that might cause this:
1. Your report's paper size in Access is different than the default
tray's paper size on the printer; or
2. Your report's paper tray (File, Page Setup) is set up to something
that is forcing a manual feed.

I would check the Page Setup for your report for more clarification.

Thanks Jana - problem solved thanks to your help. On various reports I
had the print setup to manual feed for some reason. I didn't think to
look in the most obvious place!

Regards

Doug
