Default Cursor Jumping

I have a form with 3 Tab Controls, one of which has a continuous subform
with an image in the footer.

If on the main form, I move through the records using the navigation
buttons, the Cursor jumps to the same position somewhere in the middle of
the form. This happens regardless of which tab control I am viewing. If I
remove the subform and image, the cursor stays in the correct position on
the navigation button.

Any ideas how to prevent this happening please?.

I know how to get and set the cursor position, but I can't find a way to get
the cursor position when it is on the navigation button ie just before the
OnCurrentRecord Event

Thanks

Phil
