Printer / Report issue with Office XP over Network

Hello there,

I have just upgraded from Office 2000 to Office XP on a network but
when I go to make a report in design view I get the message:

"there was a problem retrieving printer information for this object.
The object may have been sent to a printer that is unavailable"

And if I go into the wizard I get the message at the end of creation I
get the message:

"the wizard is unable to create your report"

I have installed service pack 3 and have changed the default printer as
many have suggested but no luck thus far...

Can you offer any tips?
