Default wininet vs. ftp script

I will be using Access to update some html pages based on information
stored in Access tables. I will be using A2K or greater. The main two
techniques I have seen on this NG to ftp from Access are wininet and
ftp script. The files will be uploaded from a DSL connection. I will
be uploading the file with a different name before deleting the old
file and renaming the uploaded file. Both methods seem fairly simple.
What are the advantages and disadvantages of each?

TIA

James A. Fortune
