Default Limiting the number of records.

Hi,

I ahve developed a program using access and am distributing it using MDE's,
I ahve had many requests for a demo. I was thinking of limiting the number
of records to say 100?

If anyone has any idea's that'd be great, thanks...Nick J

That seems to be the [only | most] reliable way of "limiting" an Access
demo, but don't count on any determined individual NOT being able to break
even the user/group level security that is the best Access has to offer.

Hi Larry,

Do you know if this can be done with a simple tool from the internet or does
it require 'skills'?

Thanks,

Nick J

Have a look at Tony Toews' site... (wait, I gotta find it!)

I'm implementing this into a VB application for a client, it's fairly simple
to deal with. Claims to support VBA environments, but I haven't verified
this.
