Limiting a query using date

Default Limiting a query using date

how should i format the conditional parameter on the WHERE clause to
limit the query on a date field.

Let say I want to limit the query from today up to a month back, or
today up to 20 days back.

Any ideas will be appreciated. Thank you.

WHERE [Mdate]>=Date()-20
