Default sql server tables modification

Im new to access+sql server.
I know i can easy export my access database to sql server. But is it
possible to easy modify data structure on sql server from acc(adding
deleting field, modifying forms). I mean is it possible to modify
database so i dont have to export it again? i really appreciate your
help, any links to sollution appreciated.

Use SQL Server's T-SQL language (Data Definition Language: DDL) to
modify the database.

Read a book on Database Design, it will explain how databases are
created/altered using DDL.

You must have permission to alter the db's structure. If using DAO from
Access you can use pass-thru queries to modify the db's structure. If
using ADO from Access you'll have to use VBA to run the DDL commands
(I'd use the Connection object & the adCmdText parameter).
