Menu Bar Has Disappeared - Can't Get It Back

In Access 2000 on Citrix, we have an app which uses an MDE with a customized
and limited menu bar, "AppMenu" across the top of the Access screen. This
menu bar is specified in the "Startup" option box of the MDB. (In the box
"Allow Full Menus" and "Allow Shortcut Default" are checked.

One of the users has apparently undocked the menu bar, then closed it by
clicking the 'X' in the upper right hand corner. The menu bar has
disappeared, and we cannot figure out how to get it back for this user. We
have erased her MDE and put in a new one, but the menu bar is still missing.
All other users, using their own MDE's in their own folders are OK.

It looks to me like an entry has been made in the Windows registry for this
user and it is keeping the menu bar closed. It there a way to get this menu
bar back. Could we somehow load the MDB into her folder and get it back
that way?

Many thanks

How about #2, from the help? (see the last sentence of #2 and see if
that'll do it...)

Show or hide a toolbar, menu bar, or shortcut menu
1. On the View menu, point to Toolbars, and then click Customize.

2. On the Toolbars tab, select or clear the check box for the item you
want to show or hide. To show a particular shortcut menu, select
Shortcut Menus, click the category for the shortcut menu you want to
show, then click the name of the shortcut menu. To show any custom
shortcut menus, click the Custom category.
