Access Runtime Error - Tahomabd.ttf

I have an Access 97 app which is distributed using the runtime version. I'm
getting a significant minority of users who are unable to complete the
installation and instead see the following error message :-

"Skipping file C:\WINNT\Fonts\Tahomabd.ttf"

at which point the installation hangs.

Any ideas how to resolve?

Tahomabd.ttf is a font. My guess is that those users with the problem don't
have this font installed on their computer.
