Default URGENT : Access 2000 - Database corrupted just after Launch

After a common use of Access with a Delphi Application, I restart the
application an it does not succeed in accessing the database. (after 3
months of use, nothing special was done !)
I try to use it with access and I have a problem opening a table (Database
Format Not Known !). The other tables are OK.
When I try to compact the database, it simply delete the table that is
concerned and indicate an error -1206 ?

The problem happened 3 times but it is not reproductible (I mean, we do not
know how to reproduce it !)

Is someone know this problem and the turnaround, it may help,

Thanx a lot,

Jucius
