Default Creating Switchboard that Opens Automatically When Database is Clicked

I am struggling along with a database, and would like to be able to
create a switchboard which will open when the user double-clicks on
the file name or icon on the desk top.

Please be very specific, and step-by-step, as I am a novice. Thanks
for your help!!

You can set a startup form by clicking Tools - Startup. You'll see a combo
box in the upper right corner of the dialog box where you can select the
form you want to automatically open when your database starts.
