Shared Database

We work in a shared enviroment up to 10 users. Each user normally work
in the design view of him own form or report.
This was possible for ACC 97.
Now I understand that is not possible for ACC 2000.
Somebody know if is possible in ACC 2002?, or in other database?

Each user must have their own copy of the front-end (the file that
holds the forms, reports, modules). The front-end is linked to the
back-end (the data tables), which resides on a commonly accessible
server or network computer workstation.
