Cannot get onBlur to work in body tag if a text input is focused

Hello, I'm coding my application to work with Mozilla 1.5. Since it
will only be used internally, there is no need to worry about
compatibility with other browsers.

I have a <body> tag with an onBlur event. Now this works, unless the
user has a text box focused (with the cursor flashing in it). This is
common.

Is there any way to get the onBlur property to work when the user has
a text box focused?
