grabbing clipboard image

I'm working in asp.net 2.0

I was wondering, is there anything in javascript that would allow me
to grab images off the clipboard and pass them somehow to asp.net to
be saved in a database? maybe appended to image column of sql server?

Thanks for any help or information.
