Help needed in javascript

Hi Everbody,

I want to highlight some values inside the textarea through
javascript. [for example when you do spell check in the mail it
highlights the worng word's naa similar kind of thing i want to do it
in Textarea].

can anyone just guide me in this approach.

"highlight textarea" searched in this newsgroup returns tons of
helpfull info.

The approach you take is different for IE versus Netscape (when I last
did it, anyway), but a search will turn up results for both browsers...
