Drag&Drop between different frames

Is it possible to enable drag functionality for an object in a frame and
then drop it in another frame?

If yes, how?

That would be one major major headache. Is it possible? With enough time
and effort, sure. Practical? No.

Have duplicate objects in both frames and you would have to move both at
the same time when one is at the boundary. Major major headache.
