extracting variables from an SAP form

Hi gang,
I asked earlier about this but none of the answers I got worked. I'm
wondering if, just generally speaking, anyone knows of a good website
that explains how to extract SAP variables out of SAP forms and save
them as javascript variables? The syntax is not as easy as I think some
people think it is. Thanks for the help!
