comp.lang.javascript is on Usenet, not a private news server.

Whichever one you get your news from. Check with your ISP to see if they
carry it and what their newsserver addy is. If not, you could subscribe
to one. Some are free. Some cost money.

This isn't microsoft. This is a public newsgroup, so most servers will
carry it.
