LAST is supported on DB2 9.5.

I have at home 9.5c but at work db2 v8.2 oz

I wasn't aware there is a DB2 V8.2 for zOS...

Anyway your options on DB2 8 zOS are very limited (non existent?) w.r.t.
OLAP.
So you need to investigate joins....
