Default C/C++ FAQ Print friendly version

http://www.parashift.com/c++-faq-lit...y.html#faq-2.2

Seems no longer available for download.

Even better, I would like to have a print friendly version so I can
print it out for reading.

Anyone already get one can share?

You can send to my email : howachen@gmail.com

Thanks.
