SOUND SYNTHESYS IN C/C++

i have created a little WaveTable Ocillator, a sinusoid.
How can i send it to Sound Card for play?

I NEED INFO ON SOUND SYNTHESIS AND SOUND PROGRAMMING IN C/C++.
