Changing Project Settings for a Debug Build to Redirect I/O

I read the page about this in the MSDN Library and followed the
instructions. It said to specify <file, >file and the like, in the Program
Arguments text box. This had no effect. What have I done wrong?

What have you done wrong? You asked in the wrong newsgroup.

Try microsoft.public.vsnet.ide instead.
