where I could find a complete manual (pdf) for programming in Ansi C?

I need to understand the meaning of operators like:
|=
^=
a & 0x07

On the web somewhere, maybe. Why ask about C in a C++ newsgroup? Just
go down the hall to 'comp.lang.c' and ask there.

Kernighan and Ritchie, "The C Programming Language".
