Ksiazki dla poczatkujacych

Witam
Standardowe pytanie: jaka ksiazke polecilibyscie Szanowni Grupowicze do
jezyka C, C++. Nie wiem czy lepiej byloby kupic do C czy lepiej C++ (dla
poczatkujacych) ?
Prosilbym o podanie Tytul, Autor w jez. polskim jakies dobre ksiazki, gdzie
byloby tak lopatologicznie wszystko wyjasnione.
P.S. Prosilbym o podanie pozycji raczej dostepnych w zwyklych ksiegarniach.
