hi
Can directx9 be used with MVC++6 and Dev C++, I dont want the .Net

If you have comments negative about C++.Net feel free to air them

Your issue is better answered in a Microsoft newsgroup;
this newsgroup, news:comp.lang.c++, deals with the _standard_ C++
language which has no facilities for graphics.

Yes, DirectX 9 can be used with either.

I do not recall which is the latest version of DirectX, however the
current version of DirectX is totally managed, that is it is ".NET".
