I have done C++ in high school, but i have fallen away from it. I want to
get back into the language, is there any online or offline resources that
are exceptional at teaching C++? Thanks.

Try Thinking in C++ by Bruce Eckel, which is available for free at

Yes actually the faq is.

And it may mention other resources too if you're lucky. Look for a post
that says "welcome to comp.lang.c++" and follow the link to the faq.
