Default IE6 bug - disappearing text?

Please have a look at the following site *with IE6*. When hovering over
a link in the menu bar, all the text in the 'left' area of the site that
is below the 'right' area of the site just disappears.

When I remove the borders from the links, this does not occur. Also in
other browsers, this does not occur.

Does anyone know how I can work around this strange feature such that my
text does not disappear and I can still have the border around my links?

Thanks,

It appears it might be the 'Peekaboo bug'

You're right, it is! I managed to solve the bug using the Holly Hack, as
described on http://www.onestab.net/a/pie/explorer/peekaboo.html . I had
to add an extra 'wrapper' div, but at least this bug is not a problem
anymore.

Aha! It can catch even the most proficient of
web-developers. ..I am not amongst them yet,
(either proficient or had the peekaboo bug
problem) but sometimes I visit their sites. ;-)

Glad you got it sorted.
