I've got a 1-pixel-width black border set on a division on three sides
of the page. (Setting the borders on the BODY created problems in
other pages and browsers.) The bottom border is not showing in two
browsers only -- Mozilla 1.5 for Windows, and Netscape 7.02. It shows
just fine in Mozilla 1.4 for Linux, and in IE 6.

I'd appreciate any advice on what this bug is and how to work around
it. Oh, yes, and is there some particularly good web page for
solutions to that IE border bug?

Consider making an example page demonstrating the problem, uploading it
to some Web server and posting the URL here, that way someone might be
able to make a suggestion.

When I check with Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US;
rv:1.5) Gecko/20031007 and scroll down to the bottom of the page I see
thin black border at the bottom.
