Default Weird email problems and frames

I'm having a strange problem with our email links on the domain :
http://www.pc350.com/ .

The problem is that when you click on an email link, the email app is
not launched until the browser window is minimized or you switch to a
different application. Please try clicking on any email link to know
what I'm talking about. The code has been thoroughly checked, I found
no errors.

The thing is, this behaviour has something to do with the frames, but
i can't figure out what. If you go to http://www.pc350.com/test.html ,
the email link there works- it's not using frames. I need to use
frames, so getting rid of them is not an option.

Can someone pleeease lend me a hand on this. I can't figure it out!

Thanks a lot, in advance :)

Mailto link on the right of http://www.pc350.com/ worked great for me.
Opened Outlook Express 6 with Opera 7.23. Is this evidenced on one
computer, and are there settings which might be causing this in the
browser?

BTW might consider a form script instead of a mailto link.

That's too bad.

No problem with Opera 7.23 but I can reproduce the problem with IE6.

The validator disagrees.

Actually I think the problem is caused by the Flash, not the frames.
When I disable ActiveX in IE the problem goes away.
