Go to the W3C Reference specification at:

http://www.w3.org/TR/REC-html32

Check for yourself....
http://www.w3.org/TR/REC-html32

Yes. Though with nowhere near the range of features available in HTML
4+

Yes.

&bullet? or unordered lists?

No and yes, respectively.

Yes.

To a certain extent, yes.

Yes.

What's the point of a table that isn't multiline? Tables by definition
are two dimensional. Anyway, yes.

> 8) Underline

Yes.

What use would HTML be without links? Yes, of course.

Plenty, as a markup language for semantics it would still be quite nice. Of
course, one would have to drop the HT from the name :)

I know the definition of the table but, here what I meant was the
table cells with multi-lined text than multi row e.g. please look at
the leftmost uppermost cell.

------------------------------
| dafhmnvmv,;sldl | AJH.ML |
| ajdsfhm,.kl;k, | |
| dajhf,.mk,ll;[ | |
| sjdhfnmdvmfdl/p | |
------------------------------
| ASGDNKJKL | |
------------------------------

and by Bullets I menat a bulleted list that can be formed using either
MS Word or WordPad for eample.

The answer is still yes. (The better answer is still to check for yourself
- http://www.w3.org/TR/REC-html32). :-)

I would recommend you don't even try and use a Microsoft product to
generate HTML (except maybe Notepad).

And yes, HTML 3.2 supports unordered lists.

Why are you using 3.2 instead of 4.01, anyway?

I am using a PowerPlant wrapper to HTML Rendering Lib available
with Carbon Lib for Macintosh Programmming a part of Carbon API
for making an application which should work on Mac OS 8.6, Mac OS 9.2
and Mac OS 10.x

The HTML Rendering Library supports HTML 3.2 so, was asking queries abt it

Thanks for that Link I am following it.

Thanks once again,

Amit
