Default Moving objects in Javascript question

Hi all,

Looking for a decent tutorial that covers the moving of objects (image,
text, etc.) in Javascript. More specifically I want to create a scrolling
show of thumbnaails.

Am guessing that the best way to do this is to have 2 blank objects that the
first and last thumbnail hide behind. But really want to cover all my bases
and do this right the first time.

So if you know of a link that points to a very decent tutorial, that isn't
majorly overwhelming...but still gives a good lesson, I would very much
appreciate it.

Many thanks,
