I think you'll have to be far more precise in what you are thinking.
At least I have no idea what you need a script for, instead of just
three static columns.

They are usually full of crap anyway (e.g., scripts that try to
distinguish between IE and Netscape 4, which is SO last millenium!)

Don't think my contract allows me to work for money in my spare
time :)
Try to explain, in detail, what it is you want: What should the
possible user interactions be ("click thingy, drag doohikey left")
and what the effect should be ("columns are scrumbled").
Drawings (ASCII) might help.
