Installing BBCode extension for Windows

I know I asked this a few days ago, but I didn't really get a
satisfactory answer, and I know the people in this group are better
than that...

Is there a .dll file I can download for the BBCode extension? That
would
make things really easy for me. If not, can someone please explain how
to compile the C source (downloaded from http://pecl.php.net/package/bbcode)
into a .dll using Microsoft VC++? Thanks.
