how to install and use tkmib file in netsnmp

hi,

Using netsnmp source code from sourceforge.net ,am establishing connection between agent and manager but, could not retrieve the mib values . when I have gone through netsnmp faqs, I come across the thing that I need to download tkmib and use it to retrive values from netsnmp(agent software) to manager.I am able to download it but,am getting perl error while installing this tkmib(i386 rpm file).Please suggest me how can I install this file and use it.
