Default just wondering - quick ntfs format vs. regular ntfs format

What is the different between a quick ntfs format and a regular ntfs format, can anyone help on this plz, tysm

The term "quick format" is misleading, because there is no formatting. All it does it delete any data that is in the drive. The disk must have been previously formatted. A full format scans the disk(s) for bad sectors then formats the disk(s). That can take a while if your drive is big.
