Default Server Objects don't show up
When I look at the source code of an .aspx page in VS 2008 Pro. and drop
down the object listbox on the top-left of the HTML source view, I do not
see a "Server Objects & Events" section at all, even though I have a head
and form, both marked with runat="sever". Even if I add a Server Control, I
still don't get that section listed in this box.

Any thoughts?
