Default windows xp Explorer.exe loading problem

Hi

i've found this problem for a long time but i thought i can live wd this but now it's giving me headack

it's mostly happend when u got some problem on the network , after installation software, for some driver,

what is it -> when it's happend restart the windows xp i've got tablet as well, when it's loading user profile it's hangup & held do nothing just press Ctrl + Alt + Del & after chosing taskbar then u logoff & logon again then it's works fine

but also when it's loading the start button doesn't click it's look like still loading. if u select explorer.exe & press end process then load it's again from file Run option in a taskbar select the C:\Windows\explorer.exe then it's bring every thing,

i've got orignal software & it's works fine but some times ?
software i'm using is

Master Collection, Flash 8, 3D Stu Max 9, all plugins, IIS, VStudio, Office 2007 & 2003, Nero, and many more small bit's a bites.

my problem is if it's happend how to run it normaly,

i've been on forums & read support but no success,
i've changed the registery in WindowsNT but still no success,
unselect the msconfig & only loading some selective process but no success,

is any body now's what's the solution for this ?

Thanks in advance

explorer is probably trying to initial a network connection of some type and gets stuck while waiting for the connection to succeed or fail. If you don't do anything will Windows eventually load?

Thanks Kevin

yep it's true there is some windows problem when some parited or some driver confliction then it's happend & that's the only problem i'm think of but how we fix the explorer.exe problem in vista this problem is no more now. it's automatically fix & restart explorer.exe in nick of time.
