Default embedded object

hey,

I have been trying to find a way to embed an object (either Word document or Excel spreadsheet) into a form. I got it embedded fine. What I wanna do now is have it so when the user double clicks the document, word or excel will open wit the document. Then when they close it, it will save as a specified name that the program has given it. Then when the form with the embedded document is opened again, it is blank again. I hope this makes sense. Is it possible?
