Default Can I know the disfference between postgres restart and reload?

Hi all,

I am in confusion that, What is the difference between postgres server restarting and postgres server reloading


Any Explanation will be helpful for me...

I think
Restart = stop and start
Reload = read again config files (actually pg_hba.conf file)
